At HOOKR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns


You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must:

    •    Be unused and unworn

    •    Be in the same condition you received it

    •    Be in the original packaging

    •    Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


Items returned without approval may not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

Include the following in your message:

    •    Your order number

    •    The item(s) you want to return

    •    The reason for the return


If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Include photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.


If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:

    •    Gift cards

    •    Final sale items

    •    Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will help arrange an exchange depending on availability.
